Georgia Wimberly, LCSW-R, BC-TMH

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York.  I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and their families in a variety of settings including community agencies, residential centers, a psychiatric private practice, and schools.  In addition to working with adolescents in my private practice, I am a NYS Certified School Social Worker and provide counseling services in a local high school.  I am also a National Instructor of Youth Mental Health First Aid as well as a Board Certified-Telemental Health Provider.

Working with girls has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember.  As an adolescent, I myself struggled with low self-esteem and confidence.  Without the help and guidance of mentors throughout my life, I would not be as successful as I am today.  It's my life's mission to help every girl that I meet reach her full potential and believe that she is worthy of happiness and success no matter what obstacles she faces.
